E-mail FAQs
Q: I use AOL and am having trouble checking my e-mail from the BaltimoreEestlased website. How can I check my mail while online?

Q: How big is my mailbox?
A: The maximum size of your mailbox is 10 MB. This includes sent, inbox and deleted mail that is on the mail server. If you use Outlook, Outlook Express, Netscape Communicator or other email clients, you can download your mail on to your local system (hard drive).
Q: What happens if I forget my password?
A: Simply submit a password reset request and your password will be reset to your initial default password.
Q: Can I separate my inbox into different categories?
A: Yes, generally you can. Depending on how you view your mailbox will determine how this is done. If you download your mail into Outlook, Outlook Express or Netscape Communicator, follow the procedures for creating new folders and set up a rule to sort your mail. If you view your inbox online at http://mail.baltimoreeestlased.org:8383, then upon successful logon, go to Personal Account Options and select Manage Mailboxes.
